General Duties and Responsibilities
The role of a stadium cleaner encompasses a range of essential tasks, including:
- Performing basic cleaning tasks in and around the stadium premises.
- Executing cleaning duties such as dusting, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning windows.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Emptying trash receptacles, maintaining vacuum cleaners, and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Monitoring and ensuring the sanitation and organization of designated areas.
- Coordinating with the line manager to ensure an ample supply of cleaning products at all times.
- Promptly reporting any health and safety hazards, such as breakages during the cleaning process, obstructions in fire exit paths, and any necessary repairs.
- Fulfilling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the club’s policies and procedures, including those pertaining to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities.
